Overall, the hotel is a good choice for families looking for a convenient stay in the heart of Dubai.

I couldn't have asked for a better location; the hotel is within walking distance of so many attractions and entertainment options. The rooms were impeccable with nothing to complain about, and access to the Executive lounge was a great added bonus. The 2-bed apartment in Lavender was spacious, extremely comfortable, and impeccably clean. While not what I expected for a 5-star hotel, it was still comfortable and clean. The hotel staff provided excellent service, especially Corem, Sagar, and Montano who were very attentive and helpful in ferrying us to the main building everyday by golf cart. The location offered easy access to Dubai attractions, though the proximity to the highway made it noisy at times, affecting sleep quality, especially with children. The dining experience in the amazing restaurant with a beautiful terrace was great, albeit a bit expensive. The hotel facilities were satisfactory.
